1.0Pretty rubbish end to our trip
Liked: Once we got moved to a queen room, the room was lovely
Disliked: Not sure where to start on this - our original room contained child’s furniture and a giant horse bench so that we couldn’t open our luggage. Also false advertising of the pool which closes for winter which we were not informed of but that was one of the reasons we booked. Also the service in White Limozeen is appalling. The staff told us we shouldn’t have used booking.com if we wanted to have a better experience. For $900 for two nights, I expected A LOT more. Highly disappointed

10.0Liked: you should have more water stations and Ice machine. You had to go to the lobby or resturants to get the water but had to go to the resturant before closing if you needed ice

10.0Kitsch but comfortable hotel, well worth it!
Liked: A great fun hotel but also comfortable! Staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were great. Loved the coffee at Poindexter and the pool upstairs at White Limozeen.
Disliked: Nothing

7.0Disliked: They never cleaned the room. For this price, it’s honestly wild that the response was, “They should clean every second or third night.” At that point, I could have just booked an Airbnb.
