Response times
- Corrections: acknowledged within two business days, and confirmed factual errors are usually fixed the same day we confirm them.
- Editorial and general: we aim to reply within five business days. Pitches that we are not going to take up may not get a reply, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise.
- Advertising: within three business days.
A few things worth knowing
- Include the page URL for anything about published content. It saves a round trip.
- We cannot make reservations, sell tickets, or resolve a dispute with a business on your behalf. Contact the venue directly.
- We do not take payment to add, move, or remove an editorial listing. See the advertising page for what we do sell.
