    Normally we feel safe choosing a Hampton Inn, however very disappointed in the condition of the hotel itself and of cour

    Liked: Staff was friendly and good breakfast.

    Disliked: Property looked dated, bathroom tub was stained, walls looked old and rough. Bed had a sheet covering the box springs and it showed stains on the side that was in view. It was very noisy, walls must be paper thin. Ice maker on the 4th floor not available due to being broken.

    Great stay

    Liked: Great location

    Disliked: The hotel rooms need modernising, but for the time we spent in them. They were fine… also just be mindful of the car park charge. -as someone from the UK we had no ability to text to pay… luckily hotel helped us out

    Look around for another hotel as there are tons to choose from in Nashville. Super disappointing for a Hampton Inn

    Liked: We could walk downtown and to Broadway street

    Disliked: Very run down. Our room had some bolts hanging from the wall where a mirror used to be, but no mirror. Dresser was broken, mold along the grout in the shower, broken tiles. Just really old & dilapidated. No coffee in the lobby 2 out of 4 mornings and housekeeping never came, in a 4 night stay. Oh! And parking was $49/day!

    Liked: Older hotel but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms need updating which they are in the process of doing, but were very clean. Within walking distance of Broadway and all the local hot spots.

    Disliked: Parking fee but thats to expected.
