    great location but not easy to enter and go

    Disliked: There is no entering the hotel you to enter through the gas station aside of the hotel?????

    Clean and spacious rooms in a great location to both the airport and Opryland.

    Liked: The hotel is very close to Nashville Airport and easily accessed. It is also very close to Opryland and all the attractions there. Parking is free and the rooms are particularly spacious and very comfortable. We had all the amenities we could want. Breakfast was good and similar to most hotel chains.

    Disliked: Perhaps some additional fresh fruit at breakfast.

    Liked: Nice lathe room and a wonderful hot shower.

    Disliked: Poor breakfast choices and paper plates and plastic cutlery.

    If it wasn’t for the bed….

    Liked: The bed was the most comfortable!! Thank you!

    Disliked: The breakfast staff was rude, the sink counter looked like it was about to fall off the wall, the head board looked like someone had had too much fun and it was needing Jesus! Breakfast was not even close to being ready at 6, and when I asked if we could get some fruit, we were told there was fruit in the lobby. I simply replied that we wanted bananas and then was aloud to go into the dark, unprepared breakfast area to get 4 bananas instead of a breakfast. Price… I booked online with booking.com and paid 188.13… got to check out and the lady charged me 259. Not a good experience. Also… the hook on the bathroom wall fell off when we tried to hang a towel from it.
