1.0Horrible, Hot, and unacceptable
Liked: The area it's in is nice.
Disliked: The air wasn't working we got moved to a new room that air didn't work, they took over 3 hours to move us anyways and by the time we was moved the room still didn't have air by then it was so late I had to have surgery the next morning, so I just stayed and sweated in a new room with no fridge , my husband is diabetic he wasn't able to store his insulin properly luckily he only wasted one dose instead of a full bottle. the lady at the desk offered me Marriott points I'm not even a member of . I work in a hotel.. very unacceptable in this heat.thats sad! And the insulin isn't cheap at all . Plus we had to pay 30 to park. I can list more.

Disliked: Paying for parking when other hotels offer free parking will weigh heavily on my decision to book next time.
