5.0A nightmare!!
Liked: NOTHING, I felt very confused when we arrived. I thought I was booking at the Gaylord Inn property. Not an old dated hotel that calls itself "A Gaylord Property" this was a surprise for my husband for our 35th anniversary. He has always wanted to stay at the famous Gaylord Property. This hotel we got looked like an old Motor Inn Hotel that I paid $350 per night for. I've never paid that much unless I was going to a resort. I was so very very mad and dissatisfied.
Disliked: EVERYTHING, there was not one thing about this property that would even meet the standards of a Marriott Property which is what it actually is. I felt completely mislead.
