  We will likely return to this facility. We learned a couple of things to optimize our experience.

  Liked: Very good location to Broadway and the Ole Smokey Distillery where we frequent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and had very good amenities. It was raining so we didn't get to fully enjoy the 4th floor bar, but we did see the potential.

  Disliked: The parking was expensive and during the stay the app indicated an extra day would be charged. It ultimately was not but I'm not sure that wasn't a result of my constant inquiry's. I never got a straight answer from them - had to wait for the bill to confirm. The room was fine but the fold out bed was small and uncomfortable. We also thought the shower (half open) was odd and also made it breezy. The restaurant food was mediocre, and the drinks were expensive. The bartender on 10/30/25 was not friendly. Lastly, we did the vacation package seminar and had a horrible experience due to one of the higher ups that came over to try to seal the deal and basically told me i wasn't cleaver enough to understand the "great" deal they were offering. Our guide and the presentation were fine.

  City living

  Liked: Starting with the valet parking, It was an independent business not associated with the hotel. The price was outrageous and they wanted us to log in via text and provide a credit card #. Ran out of hot water twice. Got approached by a beggar in the hotel lobby. There were homeless people all around the property. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, I will say that the staff were doing what they could. The location is walking distance to the music scene and Nissan Stadium.

  Nice place to stay!

  Liked: Loved the location. It was neat and clean with a variety of amenities.

  Disliked: Parking charges were insane.

  Nice place but won't stay again due to early check out time.

  Liked: Walkable to Broadway street. Close to restaurants. Very clean.

  Disliked: Hated that check out, which was 10 am! This is absurd. I travel frequently and never stayed anywhere with such an early check out, especially after late nights out at local bars. Tried to get late check out on a weekday but denied!
