  Although the apartment was in a great location, the other problems we had with the place left a very bad impression and

  Liked: Location was the best part of our stay, close to everything! We loved the convenience of being steps away from Broadway!

  Disliked: The apartment had a horrible musty mildewy moldy smell with black residue on vents that caused most of our group upper respiratory problems. The music from the bar below apartment thumps until 3am, not very insulated to muffle noise. The dryer vented inside and took 3 cycles to dry clothes. In one of the bathrooms, the cold water faucet doesn’t work. Both bathrooms are upstairs, none on main floor.

  A lot of money for so many issues

  Liked: The location was excellent, the set up was excellent and the beds were comfortable.

  Disliked: It was very dirty throughout …. under the beds, the floor looked half swept over, dirty dish towel on stove, 2 fire alarms were out( one on top of frig with battery taken out, the bathroom was the worst…. the sink drained very slow, the shower handle literally come off in my hand when turning on, the tub filled up ankle deep while taking a shower, the shampoo and soap dispensers won’t pump to get anything out and the window seal and shade in bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, the dryer was missing the handle and had the open with butter knife and a chair was broken at the kitchen table

  Liked: Location was good.

  Disliked: It was very dirty. Floors were filthy, blinds, walls and baseboards covered in dust and dirt. Had not been cleaned in a very long time. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Dryer door broken, couldn’t use it. Bath tub didn’t drain well while showering. No safe even though description stated there was one on site. This property needs some work.
