    Very good. Could have been great if the bar was somewhere else and they had toothbrushes stocked.

    Liked: Breakfast was awesome. Room was awesome - nice and big.

    Disliked: Very loud, reverberating, noisy bar right beside check-in. 4-5 times had to ask the lady behind the desk to repeat herself. Also very uncomfortable to bring my three small children, who had just woken up from sleep on our long drive, through the lobby while the bar folks were very loud, obnoxious, and dropping continual expletives. Also, the one time I forgot my toothbrush... front desk was out of toothbrushes. 😐 Lastly, why is it that on Booking my special requests are always approved but never implemented? Every time I book with Booking I request to have the TV remotes removed from the room before my arrival (prefer no distractions for myself and family). Every time they let me know it has been approved. Every time the remotes are still there on my arrival... What is the point of giving the option for special requests if no one has intentions to fulfill them?

    overall we would definitely stay there again

    Liked: Staff was super friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. the location was excellent.

    Disliked: The elevators were Out of order during our stay and we were on the fourth floor and the walk up after spending the day out bar hopping and walking for hours on Broadway were horrible.

    Mediocre and not worth the money.

    Liked: The omelet for breakfast Tuesday. The location

    Disliked: The elevator was out and I have osteoarthritis in my knees and had to walk up stairs most of my stay. No one emailed me in advance about this, but expected me to pay full price. We also stayed because we liked the amenities- but nothing worked… the fire pit was broken as well.
