    Liked: The lobby was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean and trendy. The rooftop deck was really cool.

    Disliked: The only complaint I had is that the in room coffee wasn’t available. Had to go downstairs and wait in a line they did comp it, which was great but really took away from not being able to just make coffee in the room on the Nespresso machine.

    Disliked: Their was human hair in the shower and we reported it to the staff and the person at the front desk did not apologize or offer any kind of response. Your valet service is terrible. Had to wait 20 minutes for my car.

    Disliked: El hotel es demasiado costoso para la calidad de camas que tienen. Mi esposo y yo nos despertamos al dia siguiente con fuerte dolor de espalda, las camas no son muy comodas
