    Liked: Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Even though the hotel is not far from the airport, we could not hear the planes taking off. It was extremely convenient for our rental drop-off at the Enterprise on Donelson, it was a short walk back to the hotel and the hotel has free shuttle to the airport.

    Unsafe experience at Holiday Inn Nashville, TN

    Liked: The hotel was new, room was clean, and beds were comfortable.

    Disliked: The reason I gave this review a one star was because I had a very suspicious and unsafe situation in this hotel. For those traveling alone please read carefully. I checked into the hotel with my sister on Friday night, October 23, for one night. There were two very friendly ladies at the front desk. We were leaving at 6:30am, Saturday morning and my sister was going to drop me off at work and return to the hotel until checkout time. When we were walking out of the lobby in the morning, there was one guy at the front desk. We got to our car, got in, and thank God, we locked the doors! We sat in the car for about 2 minutes waiting for the engine to warm up, when we noticed a guy wearing a dark gray beanie, blue sweatshirt, and black pants approach our car from the front. He walked to the driver's door, and without knocking on the window, or signaling anything to us, gently pulled on the door handle! We immediately knew we had to leave. We drove out of the parking space and before leaving the the parking lot, decided to notify the front desk personnel of this situation. When we pulled up to the lobby, I stayed in the car and my sister went inside. There was no one at the front desk. T
