    Enjoyed out stay and how conveniently located it was to everything.

    Disliked: The lobby was not as clean as expected but it was a busy weekend. Our room was perfect.

    Hyatt Place is a good and convenient choice.

    Liked: Closeness to the MS Clinic is the main reason I stay at this location. The accessible room is good as well. Although I did not eat breakfast this time, it has been good in the past. Lastly, the staff is always very nice.

    Disliked: I do not like having to pay for parking. It seems excessive to pay $30 on top of room rate. Additionally, it is difficult to get a reservation directly with Hyatt Place -all booking people are remote/maybe even not in the country. I was told once I could get a better rate by calling directly since I’m there for Vanderbilt treatment, but I’ve never been able to actually connect with someone to do that.
