    I would not stay there ever again!!

    Liked: I liked the bed, it was comfortable.

    Disliked: 1. All the food there sucked! It was cold and expensive and did not taste good. 2. The room lighting was not good unless you open the curtains so I had to do my makeup and hair in the bathroom 3. The shower has very little water pressure, Its a rain shower mixed with this weird handheld shower that the ONLY way to use the handheld is to hold it. There was no adjustment options to leave the handheld in its spot and move it around. 4. The elevators were horrible. You have to take one elevator up to floor #5 then go across the room and take another elevator up to your room. You must have a keycard to use the elevator. My sister got stuck in the elevator because she did not have her key card. 5. Valet parking is the only option and its very expensive. I don't think we should have to pay nightly parking for a place where we are renting the room! Such a rip off when hotels do this! ($200 for 3 night of parking :( 6. Their food and beverage always closes way too early and there is no way to get coffee unless you have pods brought to your room. If you are a coffee drinker throughout the day and night there is no coffee available for free except the couple of pods they leave in your room. N

    We had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel very much.

    Liked: It’s brand new and in excellent condition. I really liked the modern vibe and decor. The staff was great and everything was very clean and well maintained. The location was also pretty good.

    Disliked: The bed! It sunk down like a worn out mattress. I would expect an excellent bed since the property is brand new

    Great location, great staff, inspect room before accepting.

    Liked: Room had an unfinished ceiling and two of the lights were broken, no control or unable to use. Location is excellent for walking access to Nashville sites annd avoids the noise of Broadway st. Shampoo dispenser did not work. Annoying yet minor inconveniences that keep hotel from being excellent.

    Disliked: Just the lack of attention to detail in the rooms.

    Staff was great. Will not stay with Printing house again.

    Liked: Staff and valet service was great

    Disliked: We could hear our neighbors. The ceiling was cracked. No bottled water for the Keurig and we had to move it to reach an outlet. TV was parallel to the bed. Could not figure out how to turn on the floor lamp. Not worth the expense.
