    Is hot water too much to ask for?

    Liked: The hotel is in a good location, and it's easy to get downtown.

    Disliked: Upon check-in, our room was a disappointment: the curtains opened to a view of a solid wall, and the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, as the previous guest left two sweatshirts in a drawer. We turned them in at the desk on our way to dinner. The real breakdown happened when we returned and wanted a shower. There was absolutely no hot water. When I tried to call the desk, the phone line was completely dead. I went down to the lobby and had to wait 10 minutes for the clerk to return, who finally walked in distracted by videos on his phone. He was openly annoyed to help us. After checking two alternative rooms and the lobby restroom, we confirmed the entire property lacked hot water—it wasn't even lukewarm. When I requested a refund to leave, the clerk was completely unbothered and offered zero apologies. We walked next door to the Hilton Garden Inn, booked a room immediately, and had a fantastic stay with a hot shower.

    Disliked: The place is dirty and out dated needs a major upgrade didn’t have a safe the carpet was worn and dirty and the furniture was old and worn. The A/C was loud and the room never did get cold. Also TV work on regular channels and lighting was not good and the shower water never got hot. The loud noises in the hotel made it very hard to sleep. I stayed in a lot of your hotels but this was one of the worst. Elevator and hallways were dirty and needed cleaning.Please do a check on this Hotel. Thank

    Liked: I would have liked different protein choices for breakfast (scrambled eggs offered daily). Otherwise, it was very good. Staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly.
