How it works.

  1. Step 1: Share your brief

Event type, headcount, date, time of day, budget and what matters most. A few minutes, and you review it before it goes anywhere.

  2. Step 2: Receive suitable options

Your shortlist, or up to five venues matched on capacity, price band, area and needs. Replies within 24 business hours (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm Nashville time).

  3. Step 3: Confirm with the venue

Contract, deposit and the event itself are between you and the venue. Nothing is booked until you say so.

Before you send.

What does this cost me?

No planning fee to you. The venue pays Nashville.com only if your event books. When an event that started here books, the venue pays Nashville.com 5% of the contracted spend, with a $250 minimum. The venue’s price to you is the same either way.

How fast do venues reply?

Each venue replies within 24 business hours, counted Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Nashville time. A brief sent on a Friday afternoon has its replies by Wednesday noon, and the events desk is alerted the hour a venue runs late. A venue that misses its deadline a second time costs you nothing: the desk sends you two alternatives.

Which venues do you own, and does that change the order?

Three venues here are owned by BPH Hospitality, Nashville.com’s parent company. Each carries the label “Owned by BPH Hospitality, Nashville.com's parent company. Listed on the same terms as every other venue here.” wherever it appears. Ranking and recommendations are a function of capacity, price band, area and your stated needs only, never of ownership, fees or sponsorship. Sponsored placements, when they exist, are labeled too. The full disclosure

Is sending a brief a booking?

No. A brief is a request for options. Availability is confirmed by the venue when it replies, and the contract, deposit and the event itself are between you and the venue.

What is a verified space?

A space whose seated and standing capacities, price band and features were supplied by the venue and checked by the events desk before it was published. Prices show as a band; the venue quotes exact numbers when it replies.

Can I pick the venues myself?

Yes. Shortlist up to 5 venues from their pages and your brief goes to those. Leave the shortlist empty and we match up to 5 on fit.

Nashville.com is paid by the venue only if your event books: 5% of contracted spend, $250 minimum. Planners pay nothing. Fees, ownership and sponsorship never change which venues we suggest or their order. How this works
